IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS)
A programme accredited under the IBF Standards is eligible for funding under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS), subject to all eligibility criteria being met. Candidates are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles.

Financial Training Scheme (FTS)
A programme recognised under the Financial Training Scheme (FTS) and is eligible for FTS claims is subject to all eligibility criteria being met. This in no way represents an endorsement of the quality of the training provider and programme and participants are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles.
The FTS is available to eligible entities based on the prevalent funding eligibility, quantum and caps. FTS claims may only be made for recognised programmes with specified validity period. Please refer to www.ibf.org.sg for more information.

Kenneth Wong
Kenneth Wong is a seasoned financial services technology leader with over 27 years of experience across the Asia-Pacific region. He specialises in digital transformation, solution architecture, and the application of Generative AI within the financial sector. Currently, Kenneth serves as a Pursuit Lead Director at a leading global technology multinational, where he shapes strategic deals for the Greater China and ASEAN regions. In this role, he advises enterprise clients on leveraging Data, Cloud, and AI technologies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Prior to his current role, Kenneth held senior leadership positions at major system integrators and software vendors, including NCS, Virtusa, Pactera, and Finastra (formerly Misys). During his tenure as Director of Solution Consulting at NCS, he managed a cross-functional technical team and co-developed go-to-market strategies that contributed to annual revenues exceeding S$50 million. His project track record includes delivering a digital sales force solution for a local insurer and a retail banking customer on-boarding digitisation project for a Malaysian bank.
Kenneth’s deep domain knowledge is rooted in his early career at Barclays Bank Singapore, where he rose to the position of Regional Senior IT Operations Manager. He was responsible for the regionalisation of the bank’s IT operations, centralising core banking, SWIFT, and settlement systems in Singapore to support business functions across Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Australia.
A proactive educator and mentor, Kenneth is a certified ScrumMaster and holds the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals certification. He has served as a mentor under Singapore’s PolyFintech 100 initiative and frequently conducts training on banking solutions and digital capability.
Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of West London and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).
