IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS)
A programme accredited under the IBF Standards is eligible for funding under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS), subject to all eligibility criteria being met. Candidates are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles.

Financial Training Scheme (FTS)
A programme recognised under the Financial Training Scheme (FTS) and is eligible for FTS claims is subject to all eligibility criteria being met. This in no way represents an endorsement of the quality of the training provider and programme and participants are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles.
The FTS is available to eligible entities based on the prevalent funding eligibility, quantum and caps. FTS claims may only be made for recognised programmes with specified validity period. Please refer to www.ibf.org.sg for more information.

Kenneth Wong
Kenneth brings over 27 years of financial services industry experience in the APAC region. He began his banking career at Barclays Bank Singapore in 1993 and rose to the position of Regional Senior IT Operations Manager, where he oversaw a team of 6 computer operators. His accomplishments include regionalizing IT operations, supporting core banking systems, and training overseas financial institutions in SWIFT operations.
Kenneth has held senior roles at global banking software vendors and system integrators, such as Fiserv, Finastra, Sun Microsystems and Fujitsu, including positions like Head of Solution Consulting, Consulting Practice Director and General Manager (Solutions). With over 20 years of experience in banking applications, solutioning, and architecting, he is well-versed in consumer, wholesale, private banking, and capital markets across the APAC region.
A constant learner, Kenneth stays updated on industry trends, banking software development, AI and cybersecurity. He often represented NCS as an industry speaker and served as a mentor under Polyfintech 100 in Singapore. He also conducted regular banking solution and product training for customers and partners in his roles at Finastra, Fiserv, and Wincor Nixdorf.
Kenneth holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of West London, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, and a Diploma in Electronics and Communication from Singapore Polytechnic.
Kenneth's extensive expertise and dedication to continuous learning make him a valuable resource to impart his vast knowledge in the financial services industry.
