IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS)
A programme accredited under the IBF Standards is eligible for funding under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS), subject to all eligibility criteria being met. Candidates are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles.

Financial Training Scheme (FTS)
A programme recognised under the Financial Training Scheme (FTS) and is eligible for FTS claims is subject to all eligibility criteria being met. This in no way represents an endorsement of the quality of the training provider and programme and participants are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles.
The FTS is available to eligible entities based on the prevalent funding eligibility, quantum and caps. FTS claims may only be made for recognised programmes with specified validity period. Please refer to www.ibf.org.sg for more information.

Gregory Charles Lawrence

Gregory brings a wealth of knowledge from his studies in International Trade at Singapore Management University (SMU). Previously, he has been directly involved in the entire value chain of the HORECA and FMCG industries. This experience includes farm ownership, optimizing harvests for various products, and actively managing supply chains for high-density areas like Jakarta, Indonesia. Notably, during his tenure as Business Director for a Singaporean e-procurement company, Gregory implemented a rolling delivery schedule to optimize restaurant supplies, leading to a reduced carbon footprint for logistics partners.
Through his role as Principal Consultant at Target Business Consultancy, Greg serves as a trusted advisor in the HORECA/F&B space. He guides businesses from ideation to successful launch, operational excellence, and strategic planning for expansion or exit strategies.
Gregory's passion extends to education. He actively lectures at SMU, where he developed a course specifically designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with a comprehensive blueprint for establishing and operating successful F&B businesses with a focus on profitability.
As a Financial Services Consultant at Manulife Financial Advisors, Gregory advises on comprehensive financial strategies, including investments, business continuity planning, buy-sell agreements, and risk management solutions for commercial businesses, property, and life insurance.
