Prakash is the Co-Founder of Sustainable Gaia, where he leads business development, executes sustainability projects for clients, and develops and conducts training on various sustainability topics. As a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in finance, digital transformations, and sustainability, Prakash brings a unique combination of expertise that has made him highly sought after by large multinational organizations for driving business growth through transformative initiatives that lead to multi-million dollar savings.

During his tenure at Standard Chartered Bank in the Middle East, Prakash pioneered business process and digital transformations that were recognized as the best across the Standard Chartered Group worldwide. His experience spans Treasury, Financial Control, Corporate Banking, and Retail Banking. He also played a crucial role in growing a financial services organization by aggressively marketing leasing, hire purchase contracts, and other financial products to large multinationals in collaboration with a consortium of 18 banks.

Prakash brings a wealth of industry knowledge, having spent two decades with Unilever and six years with GSK across multiple geographies. While supporting the Unilever Board in London for three years, he led global financial and digital process transformations, delivering millions of dollars in savings. In collaboration with HSBC, he rationalized banking relationships to streamline payments and collections, further enhancing liquidity efficiency.

Having championed large-scale global transformation programs in various organizations, Prakash has conducted numerous workshops, training sessions, and conferences, spoken at various forums, and published articles on topics ranging from Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Taxation to Digital Transformations and Sustainability.

As the Global Head of Sustainability for Technology at Haleon (GSK), Prakash was instrumental in shaping the sustainability strategy at a global level, achieving significant reductions in plastics, carbon emissions, and promoted sustainable sourcing. Prakash has been recognized with several global awards for his contributions to financial, digital, and business transformations.

Prakash is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Management Accountant (UK & India) with a degree in Statistics. He also holds several certifications in sustainability, including Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR ®) from GARP, a Certificate in Circular Economy from the University of Cambridge, and ISO 14064 Lead Verifier/Validator certification.
