IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS)
A programme accredited under the IBF Standards is eligible for funding under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS), subject to all eligibility criteria being met. Candidates are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles.

Financial Training Scheme (FTS)
A programme recognised under the Financial Training Scheme (FTS) and is eligible for FTS claims is subject to all eligibility criteria being met. This in no way represents an endorsement of the quality of the training provider and programme and participants are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles.
The FTS is available to eligible entities based on the prevalent funding eligibility, quantum and caps. FTS claims may only be made for recognised programmes with specified validity period. Please refer to www.ibf.org.sg for more information.

Branson Lee
MSc, Wealth & Asset ManagementBranson has taught fintech and blockchain courses to private banks and financial institutions since 2017 and currently teaches Fintech and Digitalisation at the National University of Singapore. He also serves on the board of a Swedish blockchain company.
Prior to this, he helped conceptualise and set up a digital asset exchange which obtained the Recognised Market Operator (RMO) license from MAS. The exchange is the first licensed exchange in Singapore to connect to the national registry, MyInfo, for quick onboarding. In 2018, Branson co-founded and successfully launched an enterprise blockchain startup that raised USD 10.5m in funding.
Passionate in blockchain technology, Branson served 2 terms as an Executive Committee member for Singapore Fintech Association and is a founding member of the Blockchain Association of Singapore. He has over 18 years of experience working and leading teams in business information and technology companies like Gartner Consulting, LinkedIn, Sun Microsystems, Bureau van Dijk (part of Moody’s) and others spanning across regions in Asia.
Branson holds a MSc. Degree in Wealth and Asset Management as well as an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering. He also holds Fintech Certificate from MIT and Alternative Investments from NYU.
